The Americans for Prosperity - Arkansas will be holding a National Day of Action on Saturday, August 2, 2014 start at 8:30 AM with donuts, coffee & conversation.
Door-To-Door Teams will be knocking doors in hourly shifts starting at 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
Lunch will be provided for everyone who volunteers at least two shifts in the morning 12:30 PM.
We will start back at 1:30 PM with hourly shifts until 6:30 PM.
Dinner will be provided for everyone who volunteers at least two shifts in the afternoon at 6:30 PM.
Door prizes will be awarded to the volunteers who has the most completed surveys in both the Morning and Afternoon walks.
By attending this Americans for Prosperity event, you irrevocably consent and authorize AFP and its affiliates, related companies, and contractors, to record, film, photograph, or capture during the event and related events your likeness or image in any media whatsoever and to distribute, use, broadcast, or disseminate into perpetuity such media for any purpose whatsoever without any further approval from or any payment to you. The images in all media will constitute AFP sole property.

Americans for Prosperity - Arkansas (AFP-AR) is committed to educating citizens about economic policy and mobilizing those citizens as advocates in the public policy process. AFP is an organization of grassroots leaders who engage citizens in the name of limited government and free markets on the local, state, and federal levels. AFP grassroots activists advocate for public policies that champion the principles of entrepreneurship and fiscal and regulatory restraint. To that end, AFP supports:
- Cutting taxes and government spending in order to halt the encroachment of government in the economic lives of citizens by fighting proposed tax increases and pointing out evidence of waste, fraud, and abuse.
- Removing unnecessary barriers to entrepreneurship and opportunity by sparking citizen involvement early in the regulatory process in order to reduce red tape.
- Restoring fairness to our judicial system.
