Description

The Paper House Campaign is Habitat for Humanity’s advocacy initiative to promote affordable housing and urge our elected officials to provide comprehensive housing plans that address the full continuum of housing need.

Volunteers and advocates will put pen to paper house to express their support and canvas local neighborhoods to ask New Yorkers to sign the Paper House petition.

In addition to signing up through the AFROPUNK site here, volunteers MUST visit and register on the Habitat for Humanity site.


HOW TO SIGN UP

STEP 1 - Go to: http://afropunk.habitatnyc.volunteerhub.com/

STEP 2 - Click the “REGISTER” button to create a new user profile

STEP 3 - Enter the Join Code AFROPUNK and click “NEXT” (You must enter the join code to register for

the day of your choice)

STEP 4 - Input your full name, contact information, date of birth, and emergency contact’s information, etc.

STEP 5 - From the home page, select “SPECIAL EVENTS”

STEP 6 - Sign up for the “PAPER HOUSE SIGNING” event on the day of your choosing

STEP 7 - Follow the directions to register for the event
