Martin L. Harbolt, PMP, CSM, ITIL

Martin is a Software Delivery Manager with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and Vice President of Operations with AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter.

Prior to HP and AFCEA, Martin served as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Education and Training (for KIPMI) and Information Services Manager, Program and Project Manager.  His career responsibilities span 28 years and include the strategic management of Programs, Projects, Policies, Procedures, and Systems Development, specializing in traditional and agile project management to meet CMMI standards. Martin has served industries including high technology (I/T), fulfillment, health services, insurance and the Federal Government.

Martin is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds a degree in Advanced Electronics as well as certifications from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional), the Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  Martin is also a recipient of the George S. Patton, Jr. AFCEAN Leadership Award.
