A Mid-Year Update Regarding Air Force Policy and Budget Issues
The Air Force Association’s Mitchell Institute and the American Enterprise Institute’s Marilyn Ware Center for Security Studies would like to invite you to a forum with Lieutenant General Burton Field, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans and Requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force. General Field will be providing a mid-year update regarding key policy and budget issues as they relate to the Air Force. Whether discussing the unprecedented mass grounding of combat squadrons, sequestration-driven roles and missions debates, and discussions regarding the structure of the Total Force—the Air Force faces a demanding year.
We look forward to seeing you for what promises to be a most interesting dialogue.
