Nancy Steiner, VP Media Services - Diane Allen & Associates
An honors graduate from LSU's Manship School of Mass Communication, Nancy served as president of the University's student chapter of the American Advertising Federation. She started at DAA as a student intern in 1989 and was offered a full-time position at the agency even prior to her graduation. She now is also a member of DAA's exclusive management team.
Nancy's responsibilities include overseeing all media research, media planning and media relations. Nancy is adept at rate negotiations, stretching budgets on behalf of the agency's clients and driving unique media executions. Nancy is involved with Diane Allen accounts and serves as the point person for several of the agency's key accounts, including Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Baton Rouge General Medical Center.
Nancy is actively involved in the GBR Advertising Federation. A former president of the organization, she served on the board of directors from 1991 to 1998. In 1993, Nancy received the American Advertising Federation's prestigious Silver Award for her outstanding contributions to the BR Ad Fed and the local community. In 1997, Nancy was recognized as President of the Year by the AAF 7th District, a five-state region. That same year, she was recognized by the American Advertising Federation for club management. In 2000, she received the Pinnacle Media Buyer of the Year Award. In 2008, she was named Advertising Agency Professional of the Year by Women in Media.
Nancy was born in Worms, Germany, and speaks German fluently.
Holly Andrews, Media Director - The Moran Group Advertising Agency
Holly has worked in the advertising agency business for over 25 years. She has served as a past president of both Women in Media and the Sales & Marketing Executives of Greater Baton Rouge. She has served on numerous boards such as SME, Women in Media, United Way, and the Catholic Schools Marketing Committee. Holly has also worked with various volunteer organizations, including Volunteers of America, Bishop Ott Shelter, Attire for Hire, and Susan G. Komen.
Holly is a recipient of Women in Media's Wanda Horn Lifetime Achievement Award and Media Buyer of the Year, SME's Past President Award and Marketer of the Year, and Baton Rouge Business Report's Forty Under 40. A Baton Rouge native and an LSU graduate, Holly has been married for 29 years and has two daughters - Amy-25 and Ashley-21.
Kristen Morrison, Owner/Account Manager - Red Six Media
Kristen graduated from the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication in 2009. While at LSU, she worked as an Account Executive for the LSU Daily Reveille and served as Student Media's Assistant Print Sales Manager for two years. A month after graduation, she and five other LSU graduates formed Red Six Media, where Kristen now works as the project manager.
Red Six Media's services include advertising, branding, video production, political media, and web design. Their corporate clients include The Dow Chemical Company, RigNet Oilfield Communications, Ford, Bacon & Davis, and Party Time of Baton Rouge. As supporters of their alma mater, Red Six Media also works with LSU's Manship School of Mass Communications, LSU's School of Renewable Natural Resources, and LSU's Center for Energy Studies. Their political clients have included candidates for Lieutenant Governor, Supreme Court Justice, and Louisiana State Senate. Red Six Media celebrates five years this month!
Networking and check-in begin at 11:30am, with the program starting promptly at 12pm.
