Description

Advanced Scenework

This class is all about getting reps and feedback. Open to graduates of Improv 401 and above, we’ll spend the session digging deeper into the IB scenework tools. Incorporating both organic and game-driven approaches, we put structures aside to focus one one simple thing: doing our best scenes. We take the ImprovBoston philosophy of “follow the fun” to a whole new level, exploring how each individual improviser can find their ease, joy and most rewarding path. Through targeted side-coaching and goal-oriented individualized notes, get all the personal feedback you’re craving from IB’s most veteran directors and teachers. This class is perfect for advanced students looking to supplement their IBCS journey with more scenic reps as well as for experienced improvisers seeking an injection of individual coaching to push past that plateau.
