Event Details

This seminar will identify and compare the benefits and uses of all construction liens on private and public works, and who is entitled to use such liens.  It will discuss in detail how to fill out the Stop Payment Notice and submit a claim on the Payment Bond on both private and public works, and will review the important deadlines that must be met to assure your liens/claims are enforceable.  It will review in summary fashion the California Preliminary Notice.  It is highly recommended that anyone attending this Advanced Lien Seminar first attend the Basic Mechanics Lien Seminar which will thoroughly discuss how to fill out the California Preliminary Notice, how to serve, and important deadlines.
