Course Description

In this advanced Neo4j tutorial, you will gain a mastery of the Cypher query language.  Learn how to ask complex questions with ease as you discover the simplicity of Cypher. The course does have a quick cypher refresher included, but it is recommended that you already have a working knowledge of Neo4j and know the basics of the Cypher Query Language.

Technical requirements

Please bring your own laptop and power cord. Neo4j should already be downloaded prior to the course, and please ensure that you can get it up and running on the device you bring to class.

Pieter CailliauPieter Cailliau - Neo Technology

 

Pieter is part of Neo Technology’s Field Engineering team based in London.  He holds a MSc in Computer Science from Ghent University, where he wrote a distinguished thesis on time-based graph models.  Prior to joining Neo Technology, Pieter was an instanceof Software Engineer at TomTom, the world’s leader in location and navigation software, where he introduced neo4j to enable real-time impact analysis on their map.  

 


Luke GannonLuke Gannon - Neo Technology

 

Luke is part of Neo Technology’s Field Engineering team based in London. Since he got in touch with Neo4j, he sees the whole world as one big connected graph and likes sharing his expertise. Most recently, Luke worked on a UK Government project to utilise Neo4j and Keylines for visualization.  Luke has previously worked in a leading consulting company.
