Space must be reserved in each individual's name who will be attending instead of one name in multiple spaces.
The Supports Intensity Scale was developed over a period of five years with the belief that there should be a tool that looks at the needs, not deficits of people with developmental disabilities. We believe this training will assist you in identifying meaningful, equitable, and targeted supports for persons with developmental Services.
- Participants should have at least 3 months job training as a VA Support Coordinator.
- Participants must attend both days of training.
REMINDER: Don't forget to bring your White 3 ring binder from previous CM/SC.
AUDIENCE: SC/CM Supervisors, SC Interviewers and Training Center Staff.
