Alpha Delta Pi sorority of Presbyterian College is hosting a 5K run and walk to benefit the Ronald McDonald House on Sunday, September 29. The Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home for critically ill children and their families. This organization runs off of donations alone and never requires families to pay. All food, toys, and supplies are donated by organizations like ours to make the Ronald McDonald House a comfortable place to stay while in the middle of typically life-threatening situations. Diamond Dash will begin at 3:00pm with registration beginning at 2:00pm. The race will feature music during the run in order to encourage the runners and walkers. The race will begin at the PC Football Stadium and will end at the PC Football Stadium where a local artist will be performing and many of our sponsors will have booths to advertise their company. With registration of the event, the runner will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag from coupons and goods from our sponsors.
