Additional popcorn orders must be placed here on Eventbrite, not the Trail's End popcorn system.

PRODUCT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT CAMP BELZER:
Product may be picked up at Camp Belzer on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with an approved product reservation. You may place a reservation by completing the form above.
The reservation form will accept reservations from Friday, November 22, 2013, at 1 p.m. through Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 8 a.m. Product reserved must be picked up by Tuesday, November 26, at 6:00 p.m. (or an appointment scheduled with the camp ranger the week of November 25).
You must complete this “Additional Product Reservation Form” prior to scheduling an appointment. Completing the form ensures availability of your desired product. Schedule a mutually agreeable pick-up time by calling (317) 546-6031. If no one answers, leave a message and a member of the Belzer team will return your call--be sure to leave your name, phone number and preferred time to pick up the product. Do not travel to camp until you receive a confirmation of the appointment time.
This number rings at the Ranger residence at all hours. Please be courteous and not call between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
BACKORDERED POPCORN / "WAITING LIST":
These items must be ordered from Trail's End. If you place an order here, you will be responsible for payment at time of pick-up. The council cannot return product to Trail's End. Since this will be a small order, the council is incurring additional expenses to ship small quantities of product. The council will place this order the first week of December and be delivered to Camp Belzer 7-10 days later. You will be notified via email when product is available for pick-up. Payment is required at time of pick-up. We will not issue additional/amended invoices for product picked up after November 26.
Outlying offices in Anderson, Hagerstown, Muncie and Terre Haute have a very limited amount of product available. Units may pick it up during normal business hours but should call to confirm availability first. If you live near one of these offices, check their product availability before you place a new order through this reservation form.
