Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster or adoptive parent with Adams County. The first step toward becoming a foster or adoptive parent is to attend an information workshop where you will learn: information about the needs of children in foster care; how children come into care with the county; what it means to be a foster parent; and how to move forward in the process of becoming a foster parent. At the meeting you will receive a pre-application packet with our program agreement, questionnaire, and basics on how to apply. Please call 303-412-KIDS (5437) or email email@example.com for more information.
Please be aware that if we do not have enough people registered for the information session 48 hours in advance then the session may be cancelled. You will be notified via email if this event is cancelled.
Light Snacks and Refreshments will be provided.
Limited childcare is available during the week days (Monday through Friday) in our building during the information workshop. Please call and make a reservation with Julie Jaramillo at 303-412-5169 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your child or children's name, age, and information regarding dietary restrictions and special needs. Please contact Julie at least a week prior to the event but with no less then 24 hour notice.
