Dr. King envisioned a “beloved community” where brotherhood is a reality that does not allow poverty, hunger and homelessness to exist.
In the spirit of Dr. King's beloved community,
Activate Good invites you to join us for
Raleigh's 2nd Annual Sunday Supper on Sunday January 15
Sunday Suppers will be taking place all across the nation on Sunday, January 15 as part of an initiative by the HandsOn Network / Points of Light Foundation. During Sunday Suppers, community members from all walks of life come together to share a meal and discuss issues in the community--and how they can be a part of solving them.
At the Sunday Supper, you'll join fellow community members, Activate Good, and nonprofit partners like Band Together, Safe Haven for Cats, Transforming Hope Ministries, Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood Foundation and others to discuss local community issues.
Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged!
Thanks to our host Joel Lane's Public House who is graciously offering a special Sunday Supper menu and non-alcoholic beverage for $10/person (to be paid directly to the restaurant on the 15th).
