We do not issue refunds. If you cancel or do not attend the course, you forfeit your payment.
Rescheduling *Requests must be made in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org), for our documentation. You may reschedule only once. *Fees apply.
A $20 fee applies if a request is made within 7 days of the class.
A $10 fee applies if a request is made at least 7 days before the class.
No late admittance will be allowed. You must make a request to reschedule in writing.

*Citywide CPR reserves the right to cancel class at anytime, due to low enrollment.
The instructor WILL NOT issue you a new card, unless you present a valid American Heart Association ACLS Provider Card. No other organizations will be accepted. You DO have a 30 day grace period from the date of expiration on your card.

CERTIFICATION CARDS: Your AHA ACLS Provider Card will be mailed to you immediately following the completion of your ACLS Class (typically, within 5 business days).
REFUND POLICY: We do not issue refunds. However, we will allow you to a "free" one-time reschedule within 90 days from the date for which you are registering.
