Achieve the Incredible
Friday, November 16, 2012 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (EST)
Achieve the Incredible is a challenge that BarCamp Sarasota and our leadership team is extending to our community. We know the last couple years have been difficult economically for many. Yet we have seen our community members work together to problem solve and identify new solutions. Many have reinvented themselves, revamped business structures and fine tuned revenue models to move forward. With all the work that has been done up to now, we believe that 2012 is the year we will see many of those plans come into being. We believe that this is a year that we will look back and say “Remember when...”
We are challenging members to step forward and to take up the challenge of making their dreams - the plans that they have gathered personally, organizationally and business wise- a reality this year.
Register here to say that is me...
Starting September 1st, 2012 we will be officially accepting nominations on our Achieve the Incredible Facebook page through Friday, November 2nd. Here we asking you to post your story of how and what you have been working on this last year: as a business owner, as an individual and as an orgnization. Include a video, a picture or a graphic to help tell your story of how you have moved towards accomplishing your "Incredible Achievement " this year. Entries will be judged on the number of likes that their story receives.
We will reward our finalists and recognize all those who have accepted the challenge on Friday November 16th during Global Entrepreneurship Week.
More details for nominations and awards will be on our Facebook page shortly. Right now your decision is whether you will purpose to Achieve the Incredible or not?
Whether personal, professional, business or organizationally…submit your story in 500 words or less and up to 3 photos and a video (no more than 3 minutes) on how you have moved toward your goal of “Achieving the Incredible.”
