WHAT: Accelerate Bootcamp. 20 workouts for $100 !!?!!
WHEN: 2 x per week, Mon. & Wed. @ 6:30pm from Feb. 20- May 9*
*NOTE-No workouts will be hosted on 4/9, 4/11, 4/16, & 4/18
WHERE: Meet across from the Marina Green Monkey Bars by the boats
WHY: Accelerate bootcamp involves fun, full-body, high-energy, high-intensity interval training that will rev up our body's fat burning engines. The stronger we get our quads, hamstrings, hips, glutes, calves, abs, backs, and arms, the better runners we'll be, and the conditioning will help us stay injury-free.
In our hour-long Accelerate sessions, we'll do warmup runs into Fort Mason, range of motion dynamic warmup drills, then we'll challenge you with circuit training, including squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, all sorts of abs, plyometrics, and sprints.
Be prepared to get down and dirty on the pavement, and dress appropriately to have your legs up in the air. On your marks, get set to sweat! Accelerate toward greater fitness!
WHO: If you can run a couple miles or sustain 30 mins. on a stationary bike, chances are you can handle Accelerate. If you're unsure whether your fitness level is appropriate, email Gaby Miller of Ab Fab Fit and she'll gladly answer questions: Gab@AbFabFit.com

Ab Fab Fit programs are designed around resistance training using your own body weight. Few props, equipment, and definitely no gimmicks.
The workouts are designed to be done nearly anywhere. Hopefully, this flexibility and portability means you'll integrate the exercises into your long-term wellness plan.
