Individuals dealing with the challenges of cancers of the head and neck, esophagus, GE junction and stomach are invited to attend this free support group.
"Above the Belt" provides participants with tools and education, as well as time to offer and receive support in an informative and supportive group setting.
This support group meets every quarter on fourth Wednesday of each month.
Sponsored by Agnesian Cancer Care and facilitated by Liz Hill, RD, Agnesian HealthCare dietitian, and Kristie Martin, MSW, Agnesian Cancer Center social worker, individuals are invited to attend October’s session for an open group discussion.
Preregistration for this support group is required by Monday, October 21.

Journeys: a health resource center offers a quiet, reflective and comfortable education environment for individuals who want to learn more about various health topics, support groups or classes. In addition to its large library of health information, the area features a fireplace with cozy seating, large windows overlooking the new St. Agnes Hospital entrance, Café Coffee next door, and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.
