Over the past 50 years, Ed Boucher has been one of the most significant contributors to the New England music scene. It's time that we recognize and honor Ed's selfless devotion to creating music as an accomplished musician, as a recording engineer and as a true visionary.
A Tribute to Edward A. Boucher will be held at the beautiful Royal Oak Room in Lewiston on Saturday, May 18th. Exquisitely prepared heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served and beer, wine and cocktails will be available. The event will begin around 4 PM and will include a roast by some of Eddy's closest friends as well as an opportunity for musicians in attendance to kick out the jams.
This promises to be a most memorable event that will provide Ed's many friends and admirers to show the love and respect they feel for him and to pay tribute to all that Ed has done to further music.
Ed is currently dealing with medical issues and the net proceeds from this event will be presented to Ed to help defray some of his mounting medical expenses. Even if you can't attend the event, please consider buying a ticket or two to contribute to the cause and please feel free to forward a link to this page to everyone you know who knows Ed Boucher.
In addition to the live festivities, there will be a silent auction featuring some very valuable autographed music memorabilia from major artists like Fleetwood Mac and Michael Buble.
Attendance is strictly limited to 225 people so buy your tickets now! Don't forget to tell your friends, too.
