Join the Galway Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International, the Irish American Heritage Center and Slow Food for an enchanted evening of Slow Food cooking.
Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement that envisions a world in which all people can eat food that is good for them, good for the people who grow it and good for the planet. It is about enjoying high quality, whole, healthy and local cuisine. Sample Slow Food dishes created by Chicago's renowned culinary establishments, including:

This event is open to the public.
Tickets are $50 per person and include food tastings and two drink tickets for the cash bar.
