A Spirited Evening- Cocktail Pairing Dinner

No longer is the cocktail just a passive pleasure of sweet liquid swirling in a frosted glass. With countless spirits, fruits, bitters and garnishes to choose from, the world of cocktails has become informed by the techniques of contemporary cuisine using ingredients at the height of the season with fresh flavors and fanciful presentations.
Join Chef Matthieu Godard, Sommelier Christopher Birnie-Visscher and the Diageo Ambassador Team of Southern Wine & Spirits, at a spirits tasting dinner celebrating the art of the cocktail. The night’s featured spirits will be highlighted in both the cuisine and cocktails as guests enjoy six different cocktails paired with a specially-crafted, four-course menu including Grilled Maine Sea Scallops with a Tequila Vinaigrette and a Bulleit Bourbon Ice Cream Sundae.
