In Part One of The Θ Manuscript, entitled The Seer (Watkins, June 2012), Muhl describes his travels with the healer through Montségur, the holy site of the persecuted medieval sect, The Cathars in Southwest France. Part inspirational memoir and part travelogue, The Seer envisions a world where head and heart are united. At the same time, it turns many of the cherished notions of the New Age on their head.
Active in the music business from the 1960-90s, Muhl was front-man for the Danish rock band, Daisy, and the New Wave act, Warm Guns. His solo hit, ‘Europa,’ placed second in the Danish Eurovision Song Contest in 1995.
The entire Θ Manuscript will be published in hardcover by Watkins in November 2013.
Today, Muhl and his wife, Githa Ben-David, operate the Gilalai Institute of Energy and Consciousness in Denmark.
