Sacramento Juneteenth, Inc. is a newly formed non- profit educational organization focussed on American history and health/wellness. Our mission is to recognize one of the most momentous occassions in American history: The signing of the Emancipation Procalmation through the presenation of a historically based festival for all. And produce educational and wellness programs that coincide with the historical aspects of Juneteenth.
The California Cultural Culinary Celebration is a food and wine event showcasing several of Sacramento's best Black chefs. The Sacramento Juneteenth Black Chefs Collaborative(SJBCC) will host this event as part of our contiunued effort to promote healthy eating habits and wellness. This event will assist Sacarmento Juneteenth, Inc's. promotion of its Hospitality Scholarship Program - An introduction to the hospitality industry.
