A piece of my Mind

ABOUT THE PLAYWRIGHT

Ron McIntyre (producer/playright) was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised In Queens. He lives in Atlanta with his lovely wife Melody, daughters Imani and Nia, Son in Law Kris Meadows and the greatest five year old little boy in all the world, his grandson Zaire.  He is a graduate of SUNY University. His list of theatre credits both as an administrator and performer includes the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Neils New Yorker Dinner Theatre, The Metropolitan Opera, The Negro Ensemble Company, Jomandi, Mama I Want To Sing, the Broadway production of Inacent Black and the legendary Billie Holiday Theatre where he served as Associate Producer. Mr. McIntyre dedicates this reading to his loving parents and grandmother, who loved him in ways he keeps discovering. He also dedicates this reading to his brothers from other mothers and fathers with whom he searched for manhood in their youth until they all found it.  Mr. Eric Dandy, Mr. Ernest Robinson, Mr.  Alvin Suggs. Rest in Peace my brothers.
