Our Mission Statement and Summary
IAOF invites supporters the opportunity to amplify the growth of Italian American Opera Festival that would not only allow for the overall growth of Italian Opera Festival’s long-term successful endeavors in the growth of the sister-city community event as the most incredible musical journey of the California Riviera.
The Italian American Opera Foundation (IAOF) was created with the aspiration to develop a cultural bridge between Italy and the United States. The IAOF was formed to unite the most talented young Opera singers and musicians in an ensemble that transcends cultural and geographical boundaries - all in the common pursuit of musical excellence and to create a community for their families and the people that support their passion for music.
Join us on October 19th as Chef Bruno Serato and Maestro host a Special Tribute Night to all of those Masters and Maestros of International Business in Italy. We will be pairing an evening of exquisite dining, boasting Anaheim White House Restaurant's impeccable menu, with a special The purchase of this ticket will include dinner on October 19th with a live orchestra preview at Anaheim White House Restaurant, and (one) Italian Opera Festival ticket for Saturday's 7PM Dinner and 9PM LIVE 20 minute performance by the Italian American Opera Foundation's Artists for a sneak peak to the Italian Opera Festival coming to Orange County (Officially October 25th - 27th) at Soka University's all-new State-of-the-Art Performing Arts Theatre which begins with an Italian Venetian Masquerade Ball on Opening Night (Friday, October 25th) Currently in its third season, this annual event produced by the Italian American Opera Foundation a non-profit 501(c)(3) has nominated Bruno Serato of the Anaheim White House Restaurant as Chairman.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Caterina's Club and the Italian American Opera Foundation. Caterina’s Club, a fiscally sponsored project of OneOC, serves 300 low-income children a nutritionally balanced meal of pasta and vegetables 7 nights a week. Over the past 8 years, this organization has served over 500,000 meals to children who otherwise would have gone hungry. Also, by assisting families in moving out of the unsafe environment of residential motels and into more stable and permanent housing Caterina's Club is not only providing food to hungry children, but also giving them a way to start over in a new life. They have helped 36 families move out of the motels to date, with plans for even more in the future.
