Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM (CDT)
San Francisco, CA
Join the San Francisco Alumni Chapter to hear the
San Francisco Symphony
Meet RU alumna Jill Brindel, cellist with the
San Francisco Symphony, RU President Chuck Middleton, and members of the Board of Trustees after the show
Join the San Francisco chapter of the Roosevelt University Alumni Association for a night of classical music at the San Francisco Symphony to hear Beethoven's Violin Concerto, featuring popular and acclaimed violinist, Augustin Hadelich, who is hailed by the Washington Post as a performer whose work "is beauty...with no technical impediments whatsoever."
And make sure that you make time to meet Jill Brindel (BM, '74), CCPA alumna, who is a cellist with the San Francisco Symphony. We'll gather at Hayes Street Grill for dessert, and meet with Jill to talk about her work at the symphony, and how Roosevelt University and CCPA influenced her career and life - it promises to be an exciting evening with great music and fellowship.
The address of Hayes Street Grill is:
320 Hayes Street (between Gough and Franklin)
-we'll be meeting after the performance, so make your way you to Hayes Street Grill once the concert has finished, and ask for the reserved area for Roosevelt University alumni.
To make reservations for the concert, you must do the following:
Call Bill Koehler, San Francisco Symphony Group Sales, at 415-503-5311. Please note - to take advantage of the discount, you must call Mr. Koehler. Also, tickets are NONREFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
You’ll need to bring the ticket that you purchased from the San Francisco Symphony to enter the after-show reception. Your event-brite registration alone will not admit you to the concert or the reception.
This is a great opportunity to talk with the president and meet RU board members. Hope to see you there!
