How to fix a broken creative process.

Successfully merging traditional and digital capabilities is a struggle for many agencies and marketing departments. The two disciplines can be at odds creating inefficiencies and internal conflict. Join us for a lunch 'n' learn as Kyle Lewis, former long time Creative Director at BBDO and recent Executive Creative Director of digital agency Modea, shares insights into how the creative process can be revamped to help agencies become whole again. He'll explain why the process is broken and present new tactics to fix it. Along with a pretty decent sandwich, you'll learn how to create more ideas faster while improving morale.

Is this right for you?
This will be a lively discussion for agency leaders, Creative Directors, Account & Brand Managers, Marketing Directors or anyone interested in taking multi-channel brand experiences to the next level.

It's the most productive lunch hour you could have without martinis.

Hire Profile would like to invite you to the first of our 10 Year Anniversary celebration events!  Our network has put us in touch with the best and brightest in the Atlanta creative community. We are hosting quarterly events to facilitate great discussions through educational and inspirational and programs by some of Atlanta's creative thoughtleaders. Your admission to this event includes lunch.

Our Speaker
Kyle Lewis
Chief Creative Officer
The Morrison Agency
Starting as an art director in Los Angeles, Kyle chased opportunity to Atlanta in ’93, landing a coveted job at BBDO. Throughout his 16-year rise to Executive Creative Director, Kyle created work for brands like AT&T, Capitol One, Dell Computer, the Peace Corps, and the Georgia Lottery.

Having experienced the pain and pitfalls of a traditional agency trying to incorporate digital, Kyle was eager to try something different. A hardcore web and technology shop in Virginia brought him in to help the organization become a full service ad agency. It was at Modea that he learned what the creative process for this digital age needed to become. The result was a new way of working that successfully incorporates the best of what technology companies and traditional ad agencies can contribute to creating integrated brand experiences.

25 years experience across traditional and digital agencies has prepared Kyle well to make big contributions at The Morrison Agency. First and foremost, he is an exceptional creative talent with One Show, CA, and Effie awards to prove it. More importantly, he has taken a deep dive into all marketing disciplines and emerged with the unique knowledge and skill-sets needed to accomplish the agency’s most important goal: moving client business forward in the digital age.
