Big Easy Award-winners Mandy Zirkenbach, Sean Patterson, and
Jefferson Turner team up for a midsummer musical tour of the wages offsin.
Taking their cues from Top 40, Broadway, and the Great American Songbook, this troublesome trio of troubadours trips their way through the treasures of greed, the joys of envy, the pleasures of gluttony, the pitfalls of lust, the glamour of vanity, the luxury of sloth, and the grapes of wrath.
The sinful celebration of the venial and the mortal features
classics by such greats as Rodgers & Hammerstein, Kander & Ebb, Cole Porter, Stephen Sondheim, and Maury Yeston; tunes made famous by such luminaries as Meat Loaf, Leon Redbone, Shirley Bassey, and Kermit the Frog; and some brand-spanking-new originals by Zirkenbach, Turner, and Patterson themselves.
