This unique multimedia show brings the story that so many believe should be required reading for all Floridians to life. The program is a sensory delight incorporating video clips, photos, paintings, music, sound effects and humorous insights to transport you to another place and time in Florida history. Rick Smith, son of author Patrick Smith, narrates live throughout the show, and shares details about his father's other novels which laid the literary foundation for the award-winning "A Land Remembered."
Refreshments at 1:30 p.m. provided by Friends of Weedon Island; program at 2 p.m. Program is free but registration is required.
