The Lecture Fund in association with the SIPs Fund, Center for Student Justice, Compass Fellowship, Startup Hoyas and the Global Social Entreprise Initiative is proud to present Bill Drayton, CEO and founder of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding and fostering social entrepreneurs worldwide. Responsible for the rise of the phrase "social entrepreneurship", Drayton was named one of America's 25 Best Leaders in 2005 by the US News and World Report and Harvard's Center for Public Leadership. He also chairs Community Greens, Youth Venture and Get America Working! organizations. He also served briefly in the White House, and taught both law and management at Stanford Law School and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. This lecture is open to all students and public.
