Event Details

Spain Day is in October and, though we may not be able to make it to that beautiful country to celebrate, it doesn't  mean we should miss out. There may not be a word in Spanish for brunch, but buena comida (good food) at any time doesn't require a special name, so come over and let's have a buen brunch!

With Secreto Pop Up Dinners, I invite you to my table. Once a month, ten guests will enjoy a fantastic restaurant style meal featuring the flavors and ingredients of Central and South America and its conquistadors, Spain and Portugal.

A Secreto Pop Up Dinner is a culinary adventure for amateur food lovers to indulge their infatuation with all things food. Whether you’re Foodspotting or trading family recipes, attending cooking classes or learning about exotic cuisines, Chef It Yourself was created for those who want to challenge their palate with new experiences.

 

With a clear focus on Latin-Caribbean cuisine, my recipes encompass various foods, styles, flavors and techniques of the world.

 

In 2014, I've launched an underground dinner series called Secreto Pop-Up Dinners to invite you to my table. Hosted monthly for 10 people at an undisclosed location, these 4 course, wine-paired dinners showcase my love of Latin flavors.
