Nichole Porath, Northfield Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier, tells her story of marathon training with the proper nutrition.  Her story is fascinating - what she used to eat, how she used to run and what a change she's seen in her body composition by nourishing her body properly.  Whether you're just starting out, or a seasoned runner, we'd love to see you at this talk!
