Chelsea’s RADIANT Smile Foundation
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) is a rare disorder most commonly affecting young women, ages 15 – 40, like Chelsea.
The disease causes severe elevations of blood pressure within the lungs that eventually leads to heart failure.
By participating in a clinical research trial at LSU, one of only 11 centers in the United States, Chelsea was able to prolong her own life AND contribute valuable information to LSU's research effort to help others with this fatal disease.
Please consider a donation of ANY size to Chelsea's Radiant Smile Foundation
by making a charitable contribution to the LSUHSC Foundation.
or call 504-568-5717
Cindy’s and Mel’s daughter, Chelsea, died in July 2011 at age 26.
Her departing wish was to EDUCATE the public and raise awareness about this debilitating and fatal disease.
