Chocoholics Afternoon Tea in Leicester Square

We have turned the traditional afternoon tea on its head. Traditional scones, sandwiches, tea and even the afternoon are replaced with freshly made chocolate cakes, chocolate truffles, macarons, stawberries dipped in chocolate and Hot Chocolate made from real melted chocolate with reserved seating in the afternoon and evening.

The Chocoholics Afternoon Tea takes place on the 8th floor of The Penthouse in Leicester Square where our guests enjoy the most amazing panoramic view of London's Skyline while enjoying a complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic fresh berry cocktail. During your visit, guests will be offered the opportunity to participate in one activity where they either pipe filings into truffles or macarons, decorate truffles or make chocolate flower decorations.

Reservations are for approximately 90 minutes visit available only on selected dates during the year with seating times at 1:30PM, 3:30PM, 5:30PM and 7:30PM.

During your visit we may be running one of our chocolate workshops in the same room where guests are free to have a peak. If you prefer to get more involved during your visit, guests can add either the hands-on three-hour macaron making workshop (usually starts at 1:00PM) or the hands-on two-hour truffle making workshop (usually starts at 4:00PM) for a discounted rate of £49 per person.

Terms:

• We require every guest to have a paid ticket.
• We keep the room cool and recommend wearing another layer of clothing or taking an extra jacket with you. During the summer, it is significantly more difficult to keep the room cool due to the south facing windows.
• Guests should plan to arrive at their allocated seating time as we are unable to seat guests earlier. A member of our team will open the doors on the ground level at 1:30PM and 3:30PM to welcome guests. The building is open from 4:00PM and guests may make their way to our floor following signs throughout the building.
• Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes after their allocated seating time, but we highly recommend guests to notify us in advance for the 1:30PM and 3:30PM seating time to ensure we will open the doors on the ground level when they arrive. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be seated.
• Guests will be seated within 30 minutes after the scheduled seating time. If seating is delayed more than 30 minutes, the scheduled seating will be cancelled and guests will be rebooked for another day.
• Guests must be in good health with no contagious diseases.
• Guests with nut allergies are not allowed. Guests with other food allergy reactions must discuss them with us in advance of making a booking.
• Health & Safety documentation and Liability Waiver must be completed to participate.
• We have age restrictions for all our events at the Leicester Square location: under 5's are not allowed, under 16's must be accompanied with an adult and under 18's not allowed in the venue after 9pm.

The venue is The Penthouse, 1 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7NA which is centrally located. Leicester Square Station, Piccadilly Circus Station, Covent Garden Station, Charing Cross Station and Embankment Station are in walking distance. Parking is available at public car park garages near the venue.
