We are a private membership club committed to making upscale and elegant Lifestyle venues available to curious open-minded couples looking to spice up their lives with new and exciting experiences. We offer a safe, friendly and fun atmosphere where the couples and women feel confident and free to express their curiosities for new experiences with other couples or individuals as they and their partner desire. Women are free to do as little or as much play as they desire - and of course, there is never any pressure to do anything with anyone at any time! Our venues are typically held at elegant private homes and Presidential Suites at 5-star resorts.

#1 Always ask before touching any woman! We want to assure that our ladies feel safe, comfortable and sexy so that they return! Remember that these are regular ladies - not strippers or prostitutes - who are looking for some sexy safe adult fun to spice up their lives! "No always means no" and any violation of this rule results in Blacklisting from all future events and instant expulsion from party with no refund of donation. Also, doors must remained unlocked at all times for safety reasons and you must ask before joining any couple(s) already in a play area. Please be aware that nudity and/or sexual activity may be present at event but is never guaranteed. #2 Always dress to impress! No man will be admitted in flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts, wife-beaters, or caps. Men are expected to dress in their best look such as slacks and a nice/collared shirt and dress shoes in order to attract others to meet them. Women are encouraged to wear sexy clubwear or sexy lingerie so as to attract others to meet them. Inappropriate attire will result in refused admittance with no refund of donation as reserved space is limited and was provided. #3 Always prohibited are cameras, cell phones, video equipment or recording devices of any kind! In order to assure our exclusive guests that their privacy will be respected and that they can enjoy themselves freely, no electronic recording devices of any type (audio and/or video) will be permitted - this includes but is not limited to cell phones. Violation of this will result in being Blacklisted from all future events and expulsion from party with no refund of donation.  #4 Couples must arrive together and leave together! Please leave the unhappy drama at home and enjoy yourself as you both are comfortable. You must stay with your partner and if one decides to leave then other must also leave immediately. Remember that this is the person you are going home with and don't mess it up for some foul play outside the play parameters of your agreement as a couple. If you want to stay and play, make sure your partner is happy and having fun too! #5 Public agression or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated! We will not tolerate if you and your partner are fighting in front of others, or if you are fighting with another couple/person, or if you are disrespectful of others with lewd/rude behaviour/comments, or if you are sloppy drunk and bothering others. Please remember that any perceived rejection is not personal, and that this is all in good fun! If you violate this you will be asked to leave without refund of donation and will be blocked from attending future events as needed. #6 No illegal activities permitted at venue. #7 Minimum age is 21 to attend any event.

IMPORTANT:Payment of any amount of donation and/or name on any reservation list and/or attendance at any event verifies that you agree to abide by the Party Rules and understand the consequences if you or your partner violate one, that you will not be refunded any donation, and that additionally you agree to the following:

1) You represent that, IF you are a member of the press (including television & radio), you are registering as a guest of this event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that, if the foregoing statement proves to be false, you are here at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment; that you are violating the rights of the guests and management to privacy under common law and the U.S. Constitution, and that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for any published report made which portrays or describes the activities of any guest or management is ten dollars ($10) times the number of readers or viewers of any medium which publishes the report, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each guest or manager named in the report or described in such a way as to permit identification of the guest or manager by application of the description to publicly available information.

2) You warrant that, if you are a police officer, government investigator or law enforcement agent of any kind, you are registering and attending this event only in your private, individual capacity. You warrant that if the foregoing statement should prove to be false, you are investigating any of the guests or management of the event without disclosing your official capacity or purpose, and that your presence at this event, is an entry into private premises without consent, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution; you further warrant that you are attending at the direction of your employers and are acting within the scope of your employment. You stipulate that an appropriate amount of liquidated damages for the illegal taking of evidence or invasion of privacy which embarrasses the guest or management or which results in legal process, civil or criminal, against any of the guests or management is $100,000 per intrusion, which reflects a reasonable estimate of probable compensatory damages for loss of privacy, including humiliation, emotional distress, necessity to pay legal fees, loss of employment or advancement, and other injuries, the amount of which is uncertain. This amount shall be awarded to each guest or management against whom the investigation is targeted or against whom civil or criminal process is brought, including execution of a search warrant. A final award under this subparagraph shall not prevent a subsequent proceeding if charges are thereafter filed against a guest or the management, but the first award shall be an offset against the later award.
