Every year we bring 20-30 NYT and USA Today Bestselling authors and 60-70 exciting newcomers to a 3-day weekend of one-on-one interaction with their fans. We embrace both traditional and Indie authors. RomCon® offers the best of both worlds. We are big enough to bring in a large number of bestselling authors that you truly want to meet, and focused enough to offer a uniquely personal experience to readers for several hundred dollars less than the other, very large, very impersonal conferences out there. Lots of authors, tons of fun, small cost!

RomCon® offers a little bit of everything for the true bibliophile: Chat Panels, Intimate Chats, Speed-Date-A-New-Author, and many other games designed and hosted by the authors themselves for the reader fans. In the past we've had an authentic Titanic Tea Party, Historical Hijinks with authentic period games, Super-Sleuth and "Who-Dun-It" mysteries, Monster Charades, Erotic Mad Libs, Chocolate Mangasm, Bachelorette Party, A Wild West night complete with cowboys, roping, line-dancing, and a mechanical bull! We've had Casino Night, Karaoke, Costume Parties, Comedy Improv shows, all mixed in with quiet events where the authors and readers sit together to create characters for stories or simply talk about books. Blogger parties, mountains of swag, and book giveaways round out the typical weekend of fun. We are all about three things - reading, books, and YOU building a real relationship with your favorite authors. RomCon® is intimate. RomCon® is unique.
