This event will start at 12 noon and end at approximately 4:30 p.m. The Scavenger Hunt starts at Park Bar on Centennial Olympic Park in Downtown Atlanta. Each team is comprised of a maximum of two people. The winner is determined by the number of points earned over the 4-hour period. Points are earned by solving clues that send you to Downtown locations of interest (businesses, landmarks, etc.). Bring a digital camera or camera phone to take pictures to serve as proof. NEW THIS YEAR: Everyone's registration cost includes APPETIZERS, SOFT DRINKS, AND A SWEETWATER BEER at the finish line. ALSO NEW: The finish line location will be announced at the start line once we begin the event. It will be walking-distance from Park Bar.

$20 PER PERSON pre-registered on this site; late and day-of registration is $29; you can also email us or call (404) 272-1967 if you want to do mail-in or in-person early registration. There are NO EXTRA ONLINE FEES.

Scavenger Hunt participants will be provided with a backpack of informative flyers and a Passport — a guide map to help acquire and solve clues. Photographs and stamps earned with the Passport will serve as proof of each team's accomplishments. During the Hunt, ADNA and the event sponsors may use their Facebook and Twitter for additional hints. Note: Facebook and Twitter access is NOT required to do the Scavenger Hunt, but it does help.

Park Bar will open at 11:00. Park Bar serves lunch and full bar; the kitchen should be ready at 11:30. There will be a special EARLY-BIRD RAFFLE for a giftcard prize for those that check-in by 11:30.

VERY BIKE-FRIENDLY! Alternative transportation during the Hunt is preferred and encouraged, such as by foot, MARTA, bicycles, etc. Use of motor vehicles is not allowed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around town quickly and remember that we are providing you with a backpack.

A bike or taking the MARTA train is your best travel option to get to the event. Convenient MARTA stations to Park Bar are: Five Points, Peachtree Center, Civic Center, and CNN Center. CNN Center is the closest one. PARKING: There is plenty of pay parking (lots, decks, parking meters) throughout the Downtown area, including next to Park Bar.

Event is held rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel the event at any time and, if the event is cancelled, refunds will be given to paid entrants.

If you under age 17 and your parent/guardian is not participating with you, let me know ahead of time so that we can send you the waiver to be signed by your parent/guardian.

Stay tuned for more event details, esp. Facebook . Call (404) 272-1967 with questions.
