Learning is an interactive process which should include the understanding of the temperaments, moods, and preferences of each child. Special abilities, as well as disabilities, are continuously discovered as staff routinely observe each child, developing an overall plan for each day with individual activities. This training will explore how you can individualize your curriculum to meet the needs of the children in your care.
