Elements Organization started in the summer of 2008 in a Philadelphia living room with a group of diverse LGBTQ womyn of color who believed they could organize the resrouces needed for their individual and communities' healing.The journey continues!

Mission: Our mission is to create a safe space for self-identified LGBTQ womyn of color ages 16-65+ to connect and dialogue whilein increasing visibility, promoting holistic healing and addressing key issues within our communities that move us toward a more just society.
