504 FitCamp is a total body fitness program designed to challenge each individual at their own fitness level. The class will include cardio and endurance training, core conditioning, strength training (using hand weights and your own body weight), flexibility training and mat Pilates. The classes for July begin on Tuesday, July 2nd, and run through Tuesday, July 30th. We will meet Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 9:15 to10:15am in Audubon Park at the Magazine St entrance at the pavillion on the right before the club house. Due to the holiday we will not have class on Thursday, July 4th. We ask that each person bring to class each day: a mat, a pair of hand weights (5 to 8 lbs.) and a large cold water.
