In this workshop you will learn my 5 step system for alleviating all forms of pain and walk out with 3 techniques you can start using immediately to help you decrease pain, improve your energy and uplift your spirit. 

Step 1 - Break the stress cycle:  Essential in order to stop the damage to your mind and body.  You will learn a 5   minute technique to get started feeling better immediately.

Step 2 - Medicinal Aromatherapy:  You will learn the basics and experience this holistic, natural therapy that can up-lift your spirit, calm you down, decrease pain and much more.  They can be used on a daily basis without toxic side effects like medications.

Step 3 - Healing Touch:  This form of energy medicine helps to clear energy blocks/stagnation, produce a profound sense of relaxation and help keep you centered and grounded.  You will learn an energy technique you can use at home to help keep your energy flowing and produce relaxation.

Step 4 - Tap into the power of your mind with Guided Imagery:  Your thoughts (conscious and unconscious) affect your physical body.  You will learn how to use imagery to promote health and wellness, improve relationships and help you achieve the life you desire.

Laurie Ratto is an RN and holistic practitioner. In her personal quest to relieve chronic pain and stress she discovered the power of holistic therapies and the necessity of caring not just for her physical body but her mind and spirit as well. These therapies and techniques so changed her life that she left traditional Western medicine in 2011 to pursue her private healing practice full time. Her passion is to help women heal physical, mental and emotional pain with holistic, natural healing therapies that can stand alone or be used to complement western medicine so they can experience the full, rich life they desire. She is a BSN, healing touch certified practitioner, certified clinical aromatherapist and certified in guided imagery.
