Your teacher, Claire Elisabeth, has been in the natural health field since 1996, when her own body dictated it was time to get healthy. She has studied Holistic Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, CranioSacral Therapy, Yoga, and is a walking (and running and swimming!) example of vibrant health. Claire's passion is for empowering others to live happier, healthier lives. She offers classes and workshops as well as individual coaching and healing sessions throughout the Bay Area.
