We're excited to celebrate our 5th Anniversary in style. We brewed 5 different beers for the occasion, each recipe conceived by a different department of the brewery. Each beer has been bottled and will be released during Tampa Bay Beer Week.
On Tuesday, March 4th at 7:00pm, the Cigar City Brewpub on Northdale will be hosting a 5 course meal that pairs each beer with a dish prepared by the Brewpub's chefs.
Dinner attendees will not only get to drink these 5 unique beers for the first time, but they will also be guaranteed one bottle of each beer with their ticket. This will be the first place anyone will be able to get bottles of these one-time beers.
In addition to all of that, we plan to have a special beer or two on tap available only to those in attendance.
Tickets are $125 plus the $4.12 service fee. This cost includes the meal, glasses of beer during the dinner, and 1 bottle of each 5 Beers for 5 Years release. Only 50 tickets are available. Purchase now before you miss out.

Beer: The Tasting Room's Tangerine Florida Weisse
Meal: Braised pork belly with compressed watermelon, candied kumquats and a balsamic glaze topped with Beer pearls.
Beer: The Cellar Team's New Zealand-style Double IPA
Meal: IPA snapper Ceviche with jalapenos, shallots, bell peppers and served with a Double IPA Aji Amarillo sauce.
Beer: The Brewing Team's American-style Barley Wine
Meal: Foie Gras and taleggio cheese ravioli served in a hazelnut brown butter sauce topped with seared foie gras.
Beer: The Admin & Marketing Team's Imperial Oatmeal Cream Porter
Meal: Oatmeal porter BBQ Lamb lollipops served with beer-braised collard greens and confit rosemary potatoes.
Beer: The Packaging Team's Margarita Gose
Meal: Key lime cream pie ice cream sandwiches.
