About the Speakers
Steven Kelley is the CIO and Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions for Alere Health. He is responsible for all aspects of IT including application development and support, IT operations and infrastructure, and network and telecom. Steven joined Alere in February 2011. Previously, Steven was the owner and Principal of Standard Door, a local-Atlanta independent manufacturing company. Prior to Standard Door, Steven was an Associate Partner with Accenture where he spent 20 years delivering IT consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Steven has more than 25 years leadership experience delivering operational results both as a small business owner and in high-performance corporate environments. He has a strong background in business operations as well as extensive experience delivering large-scale strategic change programs and IT projects across a broad range of industries including healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Steven and his wife, Tootie, will celebrate their 29th anniversary at the end of May. They are the proud parents of three college-age children, and they reside in Cobb County. Outside of work, Steven is very active in his church, is a photography enthusiast, and enjoys spending as much time as possible at the family lake house in Tennessee.

Lee Crump is the CIO and Group Vice President of Business Support for Rollins, Inc. Rollins, based in Atlanta, has annual revenues of $1.2 billion and is the parent company of Orkin Pest Control, and many other well known regional pest control companies. Prior to joining Rollins in 2009 Crump spent ten years as the CIO of Memphis based Terminix International, a ServiceMaster subsidiary. In his current capacity, he manages a team of 117 professionals and is responsible for all Information Technology (IT), the Program Management Office (PMO), and the Field Administrative Support Group (FASG). Crump holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute and has a long track record of delivering major systems implementations on-time and on-budget. He was the Six Sigma Executive Deployment Champion for Terminix. He has spent over 30 years in IT, equally divided between IT Executive Management and Business Consulting. Mr. Crump is a member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Junior Achievement. He is also a member of American Mensa, the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Technology Association of Georgia, (TAG), the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), and the Society of Information Managers (SIM). In 2012 he was a GCLA finalist for Georgia CIO of the Year. Crump is a frequent CIO panel member for local industry groups and he has conducted management seminars for Atlanta & Memphis industry groups on the subjects of Time Management and Effective Interviewing and has been a frequent speaker at pest control trade shows and industry group meetings.
