The Sherman Star River Run is a self-timed 2 mile fun run/walk to benefit the students of Sherman Elementary School.
The course begins at Owen Park and runs along the scenic Chippewa River Trail to Phoenix Park. From there, participants will loop back along the trail back to Owen Park.
The Sherman Star River Run is held after sunset. For the safety of participants we do have volunteers stationed along the way. If at any time anyone has any safety concerns, they should immediately contact one of the volunteers or return to the Owen Park band shell.
For the safety of all participants, no pets please.
This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be given.
Glow-in-the-Dark apparel, make up and accessories are encouraged! Each participant will receive a glow necklace as a part of their registration. Additional items may be purchased on-site for an additional fee.
All proceeds benefit Sherman Elementary School
