THE WHO'S "TOMMY" TURNS 45 -
Wonderous Stories are celebrating their 20th year of being together. They have become the band that people say can play anything. They are no strangers to playing complete renditions of classic albums. Almost 45 years ago to the day on May 24th, this amazing band, plus some very special guests, will recreate The Who's classic album "Tommy" in it's entirety. In fact it will be more. This was the first album labeled a Rock Opera! The entire rock opera will be played plus a few songs from the movie and Broadway show to round out the entire story. Using video and special images to enhance the production, even a person with no knowledge of the story will now be able to understand it! After a sold out re-creation of George Harrison's "The concert for Bangladesh " at the Highline Ballroom in November, Wonderous Stories are about to outdo themselves yet once again!! There will be a few bonus songs and surprizes!!!! SEE ME, FEEL ME, TOUCH ME, HEAL ME and come see this classic production !
Wonderous Stories are:
Special Guests (with more to be added)
Tom Bowes (Tower of Power)
Jack Hotop (John Entwistle)
