Event Details

Selling food at the Osceola County Fair is the largest fundraiser for the Osceola County 4-H Program. We feed hundreds of people throughout the 10-day event, so it's important that the families who participate are trained to handle food properly.

This year, the club leaders will be able to provide food booth training at the club level, at their own pace. In order to do this, all Leaders and Co-Leaders are required to attend a train-the-trainer workshop on one of the dates listed below. I hope that this will give more autonomy to the club leaders, and provide more flexibility to the families to get trained properly.

All Leaders will receive a USB drive with the PPT presentation, games, forms, videos, and other documents for them to use during their club training.

For questions, please contact Gabi at 321-697-3000 or gabriela.murza@osceola.org.
