The Tri-State Multicultural Festival is an annual event that provides an opportunity to Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia to become familiar with different world views, cultures and beliefs in support of unity as one community family.
The 3State Multicultural Fest is part of "Do One Thing fos Diversity and Inclusion" 2013 campaign and is brought to the tri-state area by MEG in collaboration with the United Nation Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), UNESCO.

Sambos Caporales, award winners of the 2012 Hagerstown Mummers, will open a full day of free entertainment and fun at the Tri-State Multicultural Festival on Saturday, May 26.
The festival serves to enlighten the community of its vast ethnicities, their traditional customs, and exquisite cuisine. A family friendly atmosphere sets the mood for understanding, fun and excitement that will be felt throughout the event. There is no admission fee with plenty of free parking at the park .
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the GIST Cancer Research Fund. GIST is a rare type of gastro-intestinal cancer.
Organizers welcome those who would like the opportunity to become a volunteer, artisan, crafter, demonstrator, cultural exhibitor or vendor. Applications are being accepted for community organizations, churches, youth groups or schools interested in participating in the festival.
