3rd Hippocampal Subfield Segmentation Summit (HS3.3)
Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 9:00 AM - Monday, August 18, 2014 at 4:00 PM (PDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
This meeting is for HS3 organizers and members of working groups (see http://www.hippocampalsubfields.com/working-groups/ ) to assemble and make concrete progress on our core goal of establishing reliable and consensus-driven methods for hippocampal subfield segmentation. At our last two meetings, we achieved a consensus on nomenclature -- a big accomplishment! It is now time to move forward and begin the bigger job of creating methodological recommendations for drawing boundaries and acquiring MRI data, all based on information that we solicit from the broader community. We intend to engage the broader community again at the Society for Neuroscience meeting later in the autumn (HS3.4). The progress that we make at HS3.3 will drive the momentum needed to make HS3.4 productive.
If you are currently not a member of a working group and would like to join a working group, please do so prior to the meeting by emailing one of the organizers (list is on the hippocampalsubfields.com website). We are looking for group members right now!
