Event Details

To once again stimulate dialogue and inspire planet-friendly action, Green Community Connections is hosting the Third Annual One Earth Film Festival 2014 March 7-9, 2014 at various venues around Chicago, including Oak Park and River Forest.  The festival is the Midwest's premier environmental film festival and kicks off with several pre-fest events in February.

The fest creates transformative opportunities for understanding climate change, sustainability and the power of human involvement. Fest attendees can expect a weekend packed with an intensive “education & awareness punch” in rich, stories on film and solution-oriented discussions and experiences.

Fest organizers look far and wide for films with interest and appeal for every member of the family. GCC members hope the fest will be a positive and powerful catalyst for helping the Chicago-area move forward as sustainable communities and green community leaders.

For in depth information on each film, visit www.oneearthfilmfest.org.
