Board Development & Sustainability – Small Agencies
In small organizations (budgets $750,000 and under), each board member has a critical role to play in sustaining the organization. In this session, participants will discuss board composition and ensuring that critical roles are filled and responsibilities clear. Participants will review systems for board management and discuss on-going board development and strategies for recruitment of new members.
